LiberteĢ Fitness is launching a series of regular fitness sessions this spring, offering an alternative to the gym in the form of outdoor group training, with sessions taking place in Earlham Park, Norwich.

These sessions launch on Sunday April 3rd. The first session will take place between 10:30am and 11:30am in Earlham park and is open to people of all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels. And you can burn up to a whopping 900 calories per session!

This is a great way to get fit and get some fresh air, much better than being stuck in a stuffy gym for an hour.

There will also be session between 6:45pm and 7:45pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

They also run sessions of some of Norfolk and Suffolk’s beautiful beaches including Southwold and Holkham.
