Because Norwich is within easy reach of our capital city, I know a lot of people commute there on a regular basis. I thought I’d touch on a few ways to get fit in London.

Moose X-Training

LRBoxing2If you need a quick fix and something that’s convenient then these trainers will come to you, wherever you are in the city. The best places to work out with the Moose trainers are London’s parks. There’s nothing more satisfying than getting a sweat one in some beautiful surroundings.

The nice thing about Moose X-Training as you can schedule your sessions online, you can see which trainers are available when and book in through www.themoose.uk.com. This means you can book a quick session while on the train, if you need to.

Where: All over London

The Altitude Centre

If you’re looking for a real challenge when it comes to fitness then The Altitude Centre. The gym is generally used for athletes looking to improve their performance or for people training for trips to high altitude places. The oxygen levels in the gym are reduced to simulate a high altitude setting. Expensive and very challenging but well worth it if you’re already fit and looking for that extra push in the right direction.
