There is a wonderful new craft club in Norwich city centre which gives you the opportunity to try out a new skill every two weeks. The Artisan’s Alphabet project was started by Maria Crutchley at the beginning of this year and she’s aiming to go through the entire alphabet of crafts, one fortnight at a time.

The club meets on Wednesday evenings at the Cherryleaf Coffee House on St Giles Street. Most of the events are free and while you’ve already missed out on baking a sour dough and learning some letter writing skills there are some really lovely events planned in the near future including card making this Wednesday, 12 February, just in time for Valentine’s day. I am especially looking forward to spoon whittling on Wednesday 12th March!

To find out more you can join the Artisan’s Alpahabet Facebook group or follow @ArtisansABC¬†on Twitter. Let us know if you make it to any of the groups!
